Xaren Advising Firm provides business advisory, formation, bookkeeping, tax readiness and planning support, resident agent service (Maryland only), website/app development, and related services. Content on this Site, including responses from the Xaren AI Assistant, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. See our Disclaimer for details.
The AI Assistant is an automated tool intended to help visitors understand which Xaren services may fit their situation. Its recommendations are preliminary and are not a binding quote, contract, or professional engagement. A formal scope and price are confirmed only through a consultation with a Xaren advisor.
Selecting a date and time through the Site is a REQUEST for a consultation, not a confirmed appointment. Xaren will confirm availability and provide Zoom details by email. Any calendar file or link generated before that confirmation represents a tentative hold only and is labeled accordingly.
Xaren does not currently hold a PTIN or Maryland individual tax-preparer registration. Xaren does not prepare, file, or sign tax returns, make tax determinations, or guarantee any deduction or tax savings. This service is limited to record organization, bookkeeping readiness, general tax-calendar reminders, and helping clients prepare for a credentialed tax professional. When return preparation or personalized tax advice is required, Xaren will coordinate with or refer clients to an appropriately credentialed CPA, Enrolled Agent, or registered tax preparer.
This service is limited to eligible Maryland businesses. Xaren does not offer nationwide or Virginia resident/registered agent coverage. Availability is subject to Xaren confirming eligibility, a qualifying Maryland street address, normal-business-hours availability, the resident agent's consent, and a signed service agreement. Using Xaren's qualifying address for the resident-agent designation does not guarantee that a client's home or other address will never appear elsewhere in public business records.
An EIN is issued free by the IRS. Xaren charges only for application assistance and does not guarantee issuance. The client must identify the business's true responsible party and provide accurate information. If Xaren acts as a third-party designee, the client must provide the signed authorization required by the IRS; Xaren will not be listed as a nominee or substitute responsible party.
For Website & App Creation engagements, project scope, ownership, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate project agreement. The website included in the Complete Business Launch package is limited to a starter one-page site and basic logo concept; larger multi-page, e-commerce, CMS, custom-built websites, and mobile apps are scoped and priced separately. Clients are responsible for third-party costs (domains, hosting, cloud infrastructure, paid APIs, app store developer fees, and similar platform costs), which are not included in Xaren's project price.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content through any form or the AI Assistant, or use the Site to violate any applicable law.
All content, branding, and design on this Site are the property of Xaren Advising Firm unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
The Site and its content, including AI Assistant output, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xaren Advising Firm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
The Site links to or integrates with third-party services (Zoom, Google Calendar, EmailJS, Anthropic). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
