How we handle your information

A quick, honest explanation of what happens to information you share with us — and what shouldn't go through ordinary web forms or chat.

What we collect

Contact forms, quote requests, and the consultation-request widget collect your name, email, phone, and whatever you type in a message field. When cloud AI is available, chat messages are processed by our backend and Anthropic to generate a response. When the assistant displays "Guided mode," its preset guidance runs in your browser. We do not sell chat or form information to advertisers.

What NOT to submit here

Please don't send Social Security numbers, passwords, bank account information, credit or debit card numbers, scanned IDs, or other sensitive documents through the contact form, quote form, or AI chat widget. These channels are for general inquiries — not secure document transfer.

Where sensitive documents go

Once you're engaged as a client, we'll share a secure, dedicated process for exchanging sensitive documentation — never over ordinary email or this website's forms. This is also where our upcoming Secure Client Portal will help.

In short: Use the forms and AI Assistant on this site to ask questions, request a quote, or request a consultation. Save sensitive personal or financial documents for the secure channel we set up once you're a client. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
